This song is literally a hypnosis session. I wrote it for one of my first weight loss clients when I opened my hypnosis practice back in 2003. I was deeply immersing myself at the time in NLP and Ericksonian language patterns. If you want to lose weight, this song might actually help to prepare the way in your unconscious mind... just play it over and over and over and over and see what happens... I'm not suggesting you will instantly carve out that "six pack" Abs and bulging biceps but you might be surprised at how you start tuning up your life, mind and body... enjoy
